Administrative Litigation

Judicial Litigation

We defend economic agents’ rights, interests and businesses facing all instances of Brazil’s Judiciary, focusing especially on complex and strategic legal disputes.

We represent companies at any Courts, bodies and procedural phases across Brazil. The strategic location of our offices in Brasília also gives Jantalia Advogados a great advantage in its litigation work: dedicated, intensive and agile representation of our clients in proceedings at Brazil’s Superior Court of Justice (Superior Tribunal de Justiça/STJ) and Federal Supreme Court (Supremo Tribunal Federal/STF).
