The processes and appeals in Brazil’s Superior Courts are subject to very specific legal-procedural rules––the mastery of which is crucial to the knowledge, regular processing and success of demands. Experience and technical knowledge, therefore, are essential requirements to good performance in special and extraordinary appeals instances.

• preparation of theses and development of procedural strategies for specific topics;
• direct sponsorship of special resources and extraordinary resources, as well as their respective grievances; and
• direct sponsorship of lawsuits that have their origins in the Superior Courts.
